• Late Payments on Invoices Due: Interest is charged at 8% above the base lending rate of the Royal Bank of Scotland plcon any invoices due after 28 days from the date on the invoice received.

• Early Termination Of Contract- If the client pulls out of the agreement, 75% of the first months rent will be charged to the landlord, 25% will be payable to the tenant as compensation.
